| The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – 396-01-A001 Location Plan and Block Plan Design, Access and Assessment of Significance Revised plans. 396-CA-05-M3-A000-05 02.pdf Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Existing tiles should be reused on the front and road facing elevation of the building so as to maintain the appearance of the building from The Cross within the public realm. New slates should be utilised on the rear elevation where the roof is less visible. |
