Condition Details / Information Notes
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Neil Healey Building Design drawing numbers Location Plan - 1313 01 C Site Layout Plan 1313 03 D; Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
The use of land hereby permitted shall only take place when the land in the applicant's ownership (as shown outlined in blue on the approved plans listed under Condition 1 of this Decision Notice) is being used for the purposes of agriculture (agriculture being defined in accordance with the provisions of Section 336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990). In addition, the caravans shall only be occupied by those working on the land so defined (as shown outlined in blue on the approved plans listed under Condition 1 of this Decision Notice) and any of their resident dependents. The caravans shall be removed from the land before the beginning of the next growing season (defined as the beginning of March in the next year) taken from the date the use of the land (shown outlined in blue on the approved plans) for agriculture ceases. Reason - To ensure appropriate definition and control of the development hereby permitted for clarity and the avoidance of doubt, and to prevent incompatible or harmful land use and activity or unjustified unsustainable residential development in the countryside contrary to South Worcestershire Development Plan policies SWDP1, SWDP2 and SWDP19, and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
No more than 19 no. caravans shall be positioned on the application site as edged red on the approved plans listed under Condition 1 of this decision notice. Reason - To define the consent hereby granted and to preserve the amenities of the locality and to prevent incompatible or harmful land use and activity or unjustified unsustainable residential development in the countryside contrary to South Worcestershire Development Plan policies SWDP1, SWDP2, SWDP19 and SWDP21 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
Positive and Proactive Statement. In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways: - seeking further information following receipt of the application; - seeking amendments to the proposed development following receipt of the application; and - considering the imposition of conditions. In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application.
