Wychavon District Council refer to your notification (received on 30.08.2024) made under Schedule 2, Part 16 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 2015 (as amended). The local planning authority has considered this matter and has determined that Prior Approval is required and is hereby given.
The proposed development complies with the requirements of Class A, Part 16, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development (England) Order 2015 (As Amended). The development is acceptable in terms of siting and appearance and is in compliance with the relevant parts of the Order.
