In accordance with the regulations referred to above, this approval is given subject to the following conditions: a. The development shall be carried out within a period of five years from the date when your notification application was submitted b. Where the development involves a new building an extension or alteration to existing building, if the use of the building for the purposes of agriculture ceases within ten years from the date on which the development was substantially completed, and planning permission has not been granted for a use other than agriculture, then the building must be removed from the land, and the land be restored to its condition before the development took place.
