Condition Details / Information Notes
Insufficient justification has been provided for the felling of this mature Oak.
Although it is recognised the tree overhangs the property boundary, this would be more suitably rectified with some targeted lower limb reductions.
At the time of the Tree Officers site visit, no structural weaknesses were detected that would justify the felling of this tree.
The felling of this tree would be to the detriment of the woodlands biodiversity and public amenity.
