Insufficient justification has been provided for the felling of this tree.
This tree is a prominent feature on Defford Road and it's loss would be to the detriment of public amenity.
The tree report attached does not identify any defects within the tree that would justify it's felling.
At the time of the Tree Officer's site visit, no structural defects of signs of pathogenesis would identified that would require the felling of this tree.
