| Wychavon District Council, of The Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that application reference W/24/01961/CLE registered on 16 October 2024 for a Certificate of Lawfulness Existing Use or Development is REFUSED in relation to the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Notice, for the following reasons :- The use of the structures and of the land concerned began less than 10 years before registration of the certificate application, and There is evidence of a more general storage use of the site unconnected with the use in the certificate description of tractor repair workshop. Furthermore, it is unclear from the evidence presented if and how part of the southern half of the site has been used for tractor repairs. |
