Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – SHH-ANX-001 (Location Plan) SHH-ANX-002 (Site Layout and Block Plan) SHH-ANX-003 (Existing Internal Layout) SHH-ANX-004 (Detailed Elevations) Planning Statement prepared by ‘AddisonRees Planning Consultancy Ltd’ (dated October 2024). Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
The development hereby approved shall be used solely for use as holiday accommodation and short term lets, or as an annex to the dwelling known as ‘Sunnyhill House, Stoke Road, Wychbold, Droitwich Spa WR9 0BT’ and for no other purpose, including any other purpose in Class C or Sui Generis of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification. Reason - In the interests of sustainable development, to preserve the amenities of the locality, to protect and ensure adequate amenity is provided for existing and future occupiers, in accordance with Policies SWDP1, SWDP2, SWDP4 and SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
No person or group of persons shall occupy the holiday accommodation hereby permitted for more than 28 days consecutive days at a time and no same person or group of persons shall occupy the accommodation for more than 156 days in any one calendar year. The owners/operators of the site shall maintain an up-to date register of the names of all occupiers of the accommodation and of their main home address (i.e. place of residence) and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development hereby permitted is used for the specific use applied for, to prevent unrestricted residential development in the open countryside and in the interests of ensuring a sustainable pattern of development that does not unduly increase reliance on the private motor vehicle, in accordance with polices SWDP1, SWSDP2, SWDP12, and SWDP35 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant objectives and principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.
This permission relates to the change of use of the building and does not authorise any alterations to the external or internal fabric of the building.
