Condition Details / Information Notes
The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – D0 Location Plan D1 Proposed Site Plan D2 Existing GF Plan D3 Existing FF Plan D4 Proposed GF Plan D5 Proposed FF Plan D6 Existing Elevations D7 Proposed Elevations D8 Solar Panel Details Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
Prior to its/their installation as part of the development hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority:- - external joinery details along with architectural details of the proposed external finishes, heads, sills, position in wall reveal and any surrounding dressings (elevational drawings at a minimum scale of 1:20 and vertical sectional drawings at minimum scale of 1:2); - - details of the approved rooflights, including drawings showing design, materials and profile; - details of external doors including information on finish; - The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved. Reason - To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations set out in the Bat Survey report carried out by Focus Environmental Consultants dated October 2024 and submitted with this application. In particular: - No works should be undertaken which damage, block or otherwise alter the identified roost(s) or risk disturbing, killing or injuring bats until the requisite licence has been obtained from Natural England. 1.1 Mitigation Strategy 1.2 Compensation & Enhancement Strategy Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
