As such the proposal represents unsustainable development and furthermore is contrary to Policies SWDP 1, SWDP 2 and SWDP 4 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and the overall aims of the Wychavon Intelligently Green Plan (2020-2030). |
