Condition Details / Information Notes
The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Heritage Statement Recieved 25th October 2024. Design and Access Statement 25th October 2024. Drawing 1334 01 Location Plan Drawing 1334 02 Existing and Proposed Site Plan Drawing 1334 03 Existing Elevation Drawing 1334 04 Proposed Elevation. Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
