| The building hereby permitted shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before the date 3 years from the date of this permission. Reason: The building hereby permitted is outside of any development boundary and is within close proximity to a Grade II* listed building (Hindlip Hall). The building is necessary for the continuation of the service on a temporary basis but is not of a high quality design that would preserve or enhance the setting of the listed building if retained in the longer term, in line with policies SWDP 2, SWDP6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (2016) and Section 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Before the installation of any external lighting, details of its erection and operation, including full details of the means of illumination and design of the lighting systems, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The means of external lighting shall be implemented and installed in accordance with the approved details. Reason - To ensure the proposed development does not have an adverse effect on the character and appearance of the area in accordance with policies SWDP1, SWDP21, SWDP 22 and SWDP25 of South Worcestershire Development Plan |
