Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Site Location Plan - Received 20.11.24 Block Plan - Received 20.11.24 Elevations and Plans S-002 - Received 20.11.24 Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
The building hereby permitted shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before the date 3 years from the date of this permission. Reason: The building hereby permitted is outside of any development boundary and is within close proximity to a Grade II* listed building (Hindlip Hall). The building is necessary for the continuation of the service on a temporary basis but is not of a high quality design that would preserve or enhance the setting of the listed building if retained in the longer term, in line with policies SWDP 2, SWDP6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (2016) and Section 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
Before the installation of any external lighting, details of its erection and operation, including full details of the means of illumination and design of the lighting systems, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The means of external lighting shall be implemented and installed in accordance with the approved details. Reason - To ensure the proposed development does not have an adverse effect on the character and appearance of the area in accordance with policies SWDP1, SWDP21, SWDP 22 and SWDP25 of South Worcestershire Development Plan
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
