| The Development hereby approved shall not be brought into use until car parking provision equating to 1 space per 25 sqm gross floor area has been marked out and allocated to the commercial premises. Reason - To minimise the likelihood of indiscriminate parking in the interests of highway safety and to comply with policy SWDP4 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| The Development hereby approved shall not be brought into use until sheltered and secure cycle parking equating to 1 space for every 150sqm provided for the commercial premises and complies with the Council’s adopted highway design guide has been provided in accordance with details which shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved cycle parking shall be kept available for bicycle parking. Reason - To encourage the use of sustainable transport options, in the interests of highway safety and to comply with policy SWDP1 and SWDP4 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
