Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations set out in the Preliminary Ecological Appraisal report carried out by Abor Vitae dated 14/02/2025 and submitted with this application. In particular: 6 AVOIDANCE, MITIGATION AND ENHANCEMENT Any soil excavated to lay the stone track is bunded against the new fence along H1 6.2 PROTECTED SPECIES MITIGATION If a great crested newt is discovered at any stage, then all work must immediately halt and an appropriately qualified and experienced ecologist and Natural England (0300 060 3900) will be contacted for advice. 6.3 ECOLOGICAL ENHANCEMENT 1x Woodcrete 28mm nest box to be installed onto a nearby tree, must be at least 2.5m from ground level and face away from any prevailing wind. 1x Woodcrete bat box, to be installed onto a nearby tree with a clear flight path. Must be at least 3m from ground level and face south or southwest. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
