| The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) (or any order revoking, re-enacting, substituting, amending, extending, consolidating, replacing or modifying that Order), no additions, extensions or external alterations, new windows or other openings, building or enclosure, swimming or other pool required for a purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house, other than those expressly authorised by this permission, shall be constructed/carried out on the application site following the completion/first use of the development hereby permitted.

| The Development hereby approved shall not be first occupied until sheltered and secure cycle parking to comply with the Council’s adopted highway design guide has been provided in accordance with details which shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter the approved cycle parking shall be kept available www.worcestershire.gov.uk for the parking of bicycles only.

| Prior to its installation as part of the development hereby permitted a plan indicating the positions, design, materials and type of boundary treatment to be erected shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority The boundary treatment shall be completed in accordance with a timetable agreed in writing by the local planning authority]. | Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations.
