| Wychavon District Council, of The Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that application reference W/25/00037 registered on 13 January 2025 for a Certificate of Lawfulness Proposed Use or Development is REFUSED in relation to the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice as the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice would not be lawful as at the 13 January 2025, within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), for the following reason(s) :- Physical alterations are required to an outbuilding which exceed the requirements for outbuildings to be considered as permitted development in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). Additionally, the proposed physical alterations would breach condition 2 of the original planning permission (W/00/0494). Planning permission is therefore required. |
