Condition Details / Information Notes
The proposal represents unsustainable residential development in the open countryside and would conflict with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (SWDP) and relevant aims and objectives of the National Panning Policy Framework. Also, due to its location, the proposal would conflict with Policy SWDP 4 of the SWDP, which requires, amongst other matters that proposals offer genuinely sustainable travel choices. The proposal would also be at odds with the Framework as the proposal would not be located where the need to travel would be limited. Assessed as a whole, the adverse impacts of granting permission for the proposal would significantly and demonstrably outweigh the (modest) benefits, when assessed against the policies in the Framework as a whole.
