Wychavon District Council, of The Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that application reference W/25/00075/CLPU registered on 21 January 2025 for a Certificate of Lawfulness Proposed Use or Development is REFUSED in relation to the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice as the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice would not be lawful as at the 21 January 2025 within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), for the following reason(s) :- That the matter described in the First Schedule constitutes a material change of use and hence development within the meaning of Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) because it would breach planning conditions imposed on the appeal planning approval APP/H1840/W/17/3190024 (Council reference 17/00602/CU), thus requiring planning permission.
FIRST SCHEDULE The proposed use of land (i.e. the land hatched in red on the attached layout plan received on 30 June 2025) as a caravan site for the siting of four caravans. SECOND SCHEDULE Location: Long Carrant Park, Cheltenham Road, Ashton-under-Hill, WR11 7QP
