| Prior to their installation as part of the development hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority:- - external joinery details along with architectural details of the proposed external finishes, heads, sills, position in wall reveal and any surrounding dressings (elevational drawings at a minimum scale of 1:20 and vertical sectional drawings at minimum scale of 1:2); Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
| The materials to be used in the replacement of the windows and doors hereby permitted shall include either metal or timber not UPVC, these shall be fitted flush within the window frame rather than storm fit. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
| Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations.
