Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Site Location Plan - Received 28.01.25 Proposed elevations VM/02 - Received 19.02.25 Proposed Windows for Unit 15 - Received 27.02.25 Proposed Windows and door for Unit 16 - Received 27.02.25 Proposed door for Unit 17 - Received 27.02.25 Proposed window and door for unit 18 - Received 27.02.25 Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
Prior to their installation as part of the development hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority:- - external joinery details along with architectural details of the proposed external finishes, heads, sills, position in wall reveal and any surrounding dressings (elevational drawings at a minimum scale of 1:20 and vertical sectional drawings at minimum scale of 1:2); Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The materials to be used in the replacement of the windows and doors hereby permitted shall include either metal or timber not UPVC, these shall be fitted flush within the window frame rather than storm fit. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
