| Application for the approval of all reserved matters shall be made to the Local Planning Authority before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of two years from the date of approval of the last of the reserved matters to be approved. Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 92 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. | A bat box shall be installed within the land ownership of the site (e.g. Ibstock enclosed bat box, Habibat bat box, Schwegler Wall-mounted Bat Shelter 2FE, Schwegler 2F Bat Box). The box should be installed at least 4m above ground-level, and not placed above windows. The roosting feature shall be installed before the first use of any part of the development. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan |
