| Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDP29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the following documents: - The Statutory Biodiversity Metric dated 9th June 2025 completed by Dr Giles King-Salter; - Biodiversity Net Gain Report dated June 2025 completed by ATW Ecology Ltd, including Pre-Development Baseline Plan and Post-Development Plan; - Biodiversity Gain Plan dated 20th January 2025 completed by Dr Giles King-Salter; - Conservation Covenant dated 23rd August 2024 between EBL HB Limited and RSK Biocensus Limited relating to land at Callow Farm, Martley, Worcester (MALV2301). The BNG measures so approved shall be maintained for at least 30 years. Reason: To ensure that the proposed development delivers a biodiversity net gain in accordance with Schedule 7A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
| Prior to the first use of the development permitted, sheltered and secure cycle parking shall be provided on-site in accordance with the recommended quantum of cycle parking spaces for pupils and staff outlined at Appendix G of the Worcestershire Streetscape Design Guide. REASON: To comply with the Council’s parking standards and to encourage healthy, sustainable modes of travel, in accordance with SWDP4 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
