Wychavon District Council, of The Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that application reference M/25/00307/CLPU registered on 12/02/2025 for a Certificate of Lawfulness Proposed Use or Development is REFUSED in relation to the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Notice, for the following reason :- Insufficient information has been provided to clearly demonstrate that the proposed hardstanding is reasonably necessary for the purposes of agriculture and as such the proposal cannot benefit from permitted development rights under Part 6 of the General Permitted Development Order 2015 (as amended). Therefore, the proposal does not constitute permitted development and the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice constitutes development within the meaning of Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) thus requiring planning permission.
