Condition Details / Information Notes
insufficient justification has been provided for the removal of this group of Conifers.
The loss of this line of trees would be detrimental to public amenity as they currently provide a privacy screen between the nearby school and new build.
Although it is understood that these trees will create an imposition to the new build once developed, this would be more appropriately managed by felling the Northern most 10 metres (agreed point) of hedge row and then reducing the remainder of the hedge by 50%. This will serve to lessen the conflict whilst retaining the privacy screen.
