| The development would consist of the erection of an agricultural building on an established agricultural unit (as defined in paragraph X of Part 3 of Schedule 2) where development under Class Q of the Schedule has been carried out following the granting of prior approval consent 18/02692/GPDQ. The proposal therefore fails to comply with paragraph (g) of Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A, A.1(b) of the of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) and would therefore not constitute permitted development. |
