Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – LP01 - Location Plan BP01 - Block Plan PP01 - Floor Plans Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
The premises shall be used for a spa and skin care premises and for no other purpose, including any other purpose in Class E (c) of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 2020 (as amended), or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification. Reason - To define the consent hereby granted and so that any further proposed changes of use to the site can be assessed on their merits in order to preserve the amenities of the locality in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework, .
Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted, details of a bat roosting feature and bird nesting box shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  The details to be submitted shall include an implementation timetable. The features shall be provided in accordance with the approved details and in accordance with the approved timetable. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework, , in particular Paragraph 187.
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
