| The resultant high level of ‘less than substantial harm’ identified to the direct setting of both the adjoining Listed Barn and Farmhouse would outweigh any wider benefits of the proposal, and as such it does not accord with the conservation and heritage aims of policies SWDP6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the adopted South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016 (SWDP) and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), with particular regard to sections 12 and 16 of the NPPF. |
