| A bat box shall be installed within the land ownership of the site (e.g. Ibstock enclosed bat box, Habibat bat box, Schwegler Wall-mounted Bat Shelter 2FE, Schwegler 2F Bat Box). The box should be installed at least 4m above ground-level, and not placed above windows. The roosting feature shall be installed before the first use of any part of the development. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
| Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary. |
| The Air Source Heat Pump hereby approved, and any subsequent replacement unit, shall not exceed the sound pressure level of 45 decibels dB(A) when measured at 1 meter from the unit , as stated within the submitted Ecodan R32 Monobloc Product Information Sheet Reason: To protect the amenities of nearby residents from noise and visual impact, and to ensure the development remains within the parameters assessed in the application, in accordance with Policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, and paragraph 135 (f) of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
