| The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| Prior to the first use of the building hereby approved, the timber boarding shall be finished in Tanatone Dark Brown Stain and the materials of the building shall be retained in that form in perpetuity. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and represent quality design in accordance with Policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
