| Agricultural buildings use The buildings hereby approved shall only be used to store wood logs, agricultural produce, livestock and equipment from the occupiers land and shall not be used for any general storage and distribution uses within Class B8 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes Order) 1987 (as amended). Reason: To define the permission, as the site lies in open countryside where agricultural development is acceptable - but general storage and distribution development would be contrary to policy SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
