Condition Details / Information Notes
Time Limits - Full Permission The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Approved Drawing/Plan Numbers Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings; 1. Site Location Plan submitted 25 March 2025 2. Site Block Plan submitted 10 September 2025 3. Workshop and Piggery floor plans and elevations submitted 10 September 2025 4. Extension to Agricultural Building Plan submitted 10 September 2025 5. Log Drying Store floor plans and elevations submitted 10 September 2025 6. Second Log Drying Store floor plans and elevations submitted 10 September 2025 Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
Agricultural buildings use The buildings hereby approved shall only be used to store wood logs, agricultural produce, livestock and equipment from the occupiers land and shall not be used for any general storage and distribution uses within Class B8 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes Order) 1987 (as amended). Reason: To define the permission, as the site lies in open countryside where agricultural development is acceptable - but general storage and distribution development would be contrary to policy SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015,(or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no development which would otherwise be permitted under Classes Q, R and S of Part 3 of Schedule 2, shall be carried out. Reason: In the interests of sustainable development and in order to protect the character and amenity of the locality, to maintain the amenities of adjoining property and to comply with Policies SWDP1, SWDP2, SWDP4, SWDP21, and SWDP24 and the National Planning Policy Framework.
The development hereby approved and land edged red and blue on the approved plans as listed under Condition 2 of this Decision Notice shall not be sold. Let, or sublet separately from each other Reason – In the interests of sustainable development, to avoid piecemeal and unrelated development in the countryside and to comply with Policies SWDP1, SWDP2, SWDP4, and SWDP12 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
Restricted hours of cumulative operation of wood cutting equipment Any cumulative operation of the wood cutting equipment for cutting wood in connection with the development hereby approved shall only take place between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00hrs Monday to Friday and 08.00 and 13.00hrs on a Saturday. There shall be no cumulative running of the wood cutting equipment on site on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality in accord with Policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework..
