Notwithstanding the submitted plans, the attenuation basin hereby permitted shall be seeded with a Wet Wildflower Meadow Mix in the first planting season following its completion. Reason: In the interests of biodiversity and visual amenity in accordance with policies SWDP21 and SWDP22 of South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016 and the aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
