| The development hereby permitted must be commenced not later than the expiration of three years from the date of the original permission W/24/00700/FUL granted on 30 December 2024. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Sections 73 and 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended). |
| Construction of the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed Construction Traffic Management Plan (dated November 2024), including drawing number RC694 001 Rev A Construction Management Plan - Proposed Site Compound Area received on 26 December 2024 and appendix drawing number RC694 1007 (S2) Rev N 'Proposed - Site Layout Scheme 2' received on 2 December 2024, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Highways Authority. Reason: To mitigate any adverse impact from the development on the M5 motorway in accordance with DfT Circular 01/2022 and policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Litter management of the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed Litter Management Plan version 2 (November 2024) including the Site Bin Map No.1008(S2) received on 11 December 2024, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Highways Authority. Reason: To mitigate any adverse impact from the development on the M5 motorway in accordance with DfT Circular 01/2022 and policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| The SLR Consulting Ltd Updated Staff Travel Plan dated 23 May 2025 shall be implemented and monitored in accordance with the regime contained within the Plan in relation to the development hereby approved, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Highways Authority. In the event of failing to meet the targets within the Plan, a revised Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority to address any shortfalls and, where necessary, make provision for and promote improved sustainable forms of travel to and from the site. Reason: To ensure employees of the development site are offered a genuine choice of sustainable travel modes and to promote sustainable access to the development site in accordance with Policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the drainage details set out in the BG Consulting Response dated 14 May 2024 submitted in relation to planning application W/24/00700/FUL shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDP29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
