Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Original plans: Enigma Planning Design drawing numbers P1A Rev A; Amended plans (received 21 July 2025): Enigma Planning Design drawing numbers P4 Rev B; P5 Rev A; Amended plans (received 7 August 2025): Fusionhot Proposed Plan - Revised rear elevation plan; Proposed Plan - Revised side elevation/ floor plan Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Prior to its/their installation as part of the development hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority:- - the internal ground floor door to the apartment, and - the ground floor bar with details of how these affect historic fabric (for example, exposed timber beams in the vicinity of the doorway). The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved and retained in that form thereafter. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent high quality design in accordance with policies SWDP6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
