Condition Details / Information Notes
The buildings which are subject of this prior approval application would require extensive external works to allow a suitable standard of living for future occupants to be achieved. The change of use of the buildings from Use Class E to Use Class C dwellinghouses would only be compliant with the permitted development rights set out in class MA, Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country General Permitted Development Order 2015, (as amended), where it requires no external alterations. The installation of windows/doors would be contrary to conditions of class MA as the development, without any external works, would fail to provide an adequate level of natural light to each of the habitable rooms and prior approval matter paragraph MA.2 (2) sub paragraph f) fails.
The applicant should be aware that the application was determined on the following refused drawings - 244-010 rev A, 228-011 rev A, 228-012 rev A, 228-013.
