| Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Design Proposals – Floor plans (& site block plan) – Dwg No 22/SOBEY/03H Design Proposals – Elevations – Dwg No 22/SOBEY/04F Survey Information – Existing floor plans and site plans – Dwg No 22/SOBEY/01A Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Within 1 month of the date of the permission hereby granted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDP29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Within 1 month of the date of the permission hereby granted, an opaque privacy film shall be fitted to the windows at ground floor on the side elevation of the extension as shown in drawing 22/SOBEY/04F. The privacy film shall be be permanently retained in that condition thereafter. Reason - To protect the amenities of adjoining property from unacceptable overlooking/loss of privacy and represent quality design in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Within 1 month of the date of the permission hereby granted, the timber cladding to the side and rear elevation shall be stained with Sioo:x Russwood in Mid-Grey and shall be retained in that condition thereafter. Reason - To ensure that the facing materials represent quality design and to protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
