The lighting for the illuminated advertisement(s) hereby approved shall be turned off outside the hours of: Monday – Saturday: 0730 hours – 2200 hours Sunday: 0930 hours – 1600 hours Reason: In the interests of amenity and in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
The Wall Hanging Sign (Type 8507), labelled as Sign A on drawing Proposed Elevations Advert Consent, shall not exceed an illuminance level of 600 cd/m² at any time, in accordance with the guidance for Environmental Zone E3 as set out in the Institute of Lighting Professionals’ Professional Lighting Guide 05: The Brightness of Illuminated Advertisements (2014). All other signage shall not exceed the illuminance levels specified on the submitted application form. Reason: In the interests of nearby residential amenity and in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Site Location Plan Advert Consent Proposed Site Plan Advert Consent Proposed Elevations Advert Consent Single Pole Sign Advert Consent Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
