| Wychavon District Council of the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 19th May 2025 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Certificate, was lawful within the meaning of section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), for the following reasons :- The development is permitted development in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 7, Class I of the General Permitted Development Order (2015) (as amended). In accordance with Section 191(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act, no enforcement action may be taken in respect of the operations as they do not require the benefit of planning permission and do not contravene the requirements of any enforcement notice in force. |
