Provided the development is carried out in accordance with the details submitted with your notification application, I write to confirm the Council determine prior approval is not required for the proposal as indicated upon your completed forms and no further details are required. In accordance with the regulations referred to above, this approval is given subject to the following conditions: The development must, except to the extent that the local planning authority otherwise agree in writing, be carried out in accordance with the details submitted with the application; and The development must be carried out within a period of 5 years from the date of this decision notice. |
