Condition Details / Information Notes
Insufficient justification has been provided for the felling of T1.
The felling of this tree would be to the detriment of public amenity.
Although it is recognised that this tree is in close proximity to the boundary wall between 111-113 and likely to have caused cracking in the mortar of the wall, no structural assessment has been produced evidencing the necessity for remedial works or the necessity of removing the tree.
Evidence has also been provided showing root surface damage to the area of tarmac underneath the tree. This could more suitably be resolved with a resurfacing of this area at a higher ground level to prevent damage to the tree.
