Condition Details / Information Notes
The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – P24081 0100 P03 Site Location and Block Plan P24081 0300 P02 Existing Basement and Ground Floor Plans P24081 0301 P02 Existing first and Second Floor Plans P24081 0302 P02 Existing Attic and Roof Plans P24081 0315 P02 Proposed First Floor Plan P24081 0316 P02 Proposed Second Floor Plan P24081 0410 P02 Existing and Proposed Sections P24081 0411 P01 Proposed Stair Design. Heritage, Design and Access Statement - Herlig Architecture RP 02 P01 dated 1 July 2025 Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
Prior to their installation as part of the development hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority:- - details of the internal staircase hereby approved including elevational drawings at a minimum scale of 1:5 showing the balustrade section, spindles, handrail, mouldings etc. - details of making good to 1st and 2nd floor where modern staircase is to be removed. This should include timber repairs, plasterwork, moudlings etc. Reason - To ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
Positive and Proactive Statement. In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways: - seeking further information following receipt of the application; - considering the imposition of conditions and or the completion of a s.106 legal agreement In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application.
