Condition Details / Information Notes
The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – P24081 0100 P03 Site Location & Block Plan P24081 0210 P01 Existing Site Plan P24081 0212 P01 Proposed Wall Reinforcement Structural Survey Report J1384-JSD-XXX-XXX-RP-1000 P01 by Jengo Sustainable Design, dated 17 September 2024 Heritage & Design Access Statement & WMS RP03 Rev P02 by Herlig Architecture, dated 1 July 2025 Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
No building operations hereby permitted shall commence until details of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the buttresses associated with the boundary wall at Fernhill Heath House, hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The details to be submitted shall include:- - type, colour, texture, size, coursing, finish, jointing and pointing of brickwork/stonework; - sample panel of the brickwork, type of pointing and the mortar to be used with the panel kept on site for reference; - type of mortar including mortar mix and samples. The sample should include a side-by-side photo demonstrating that the new material is a good match for the historic. - details of the propsoed buttresses/ pillars including drawings showing design, dimensions, cap stones or other architectural details to aid water run-off. The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved. Reason - To ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
