Condition Details / Information Notes
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Location Plan 1:1250 Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
This permission allows for the change of use of land from agricultural to domestic garden (Use Class C3), this does not result in the extension of the existing domestic curtilage and therefore the land included within the application site would not benefit from the provisions of Part 1 of Schedule 2 the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) which provides Permitted Development Rights for works within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse.
