| Prior to the first use / occupation of the development hereby approved, a bat box shall be installed within the land ownership of the site (e.g. Ibstock enclosed bat box, Habibat bat box, Schwegler Wall-mounted Bat Shelter 2FE, Schwegler 2F Bat Box). The box should be installed at least 4m above ground-level, facing south (or southwest/southeast), and not placed above windows. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
| All species of bats and their roosts (whether the bats are present or not) are protected from reckless killing, disturbance or destruction under both national and European legislation. Cracks, cavities and holes in trees and buildings can provide suitable places for bats to rest or hibernate; these should be carefully inspected prior to carrying out any works. | Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDP29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations set out in the window restoration schedule report carried out by Fenester Sash Windows and submitted with this application. In particular: Windows and doors at Bevere Manor South, north and south elevation as shown in plan number Window component D10. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to preserve and enhance the properties historic character at Bevere Manor South in accordance with policy SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
