Condition Details / Information Notes
The proposal would not constitute permitted development under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) (England) Order 2015. The extension would adjoin to an existing two storey extension which is not part of the original dwellinghouse. As such, the total enlargement would exceed 4 metres in height, with an eaves height over 3 metres and would have more than a single storey and extend beyond the rear elevation of the original dwellinghouse by more than 3 metres. The proposal would therefore exceed the limits set out in criterions (f), (g), (h), (i), and (ja) of Class A. Therefore express planning permission from the Local Planning Authority is required.
