Wychavon District Council of the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 12 August 2025 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the Location Plan DWG No. 11286-101 attached to this Certificate, was lawful within the meaning of section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), for the following reason :- That the use described in the First Schedule (land and buildings used as a missionary training facility, with accommodation, and for associated events) commenced at least ten years before the date of the application for this Certificate. That the development described in the First Schedule (water slide and storage area) has been substantially completed for at least four years before the date of the application for this Certificate.
FIRST SCHEDULE: Certificate of lawfulness for existing use of land and buildings as a missionary training facility, with accommodation, and for associated events; and the retention of water slide and storage area for purposes ancillary to the missionary facility.
