| Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Location Plan Block Plan - Wall repair Elevations and Sections Houghton Drystone wall quote img. - Email from Houghton Drystone Walling 2 August 2025 Heritage Statement Drystone wall Design and Access Statement Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| No building operations hereby permitted shall commence until details of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the Tudor Cottage hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The details to be submitted shall include:- - Sample of proposed mortar mix (lime not cement). - Sample panel of the stonework, type of pointing and the mortar to be used with the panel kept on site for reference. This should demonstrate that the mortar used will not be visible and that the wall will retain the appearance of drystone construction. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
