Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Proposed Block Plan – Dwg No BP02 Proposed Plan and Elevation – Dwg LE02 Proposed Location Plan – Dwg LP02 Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
Prior to the first use / occupation of the development hereby approved, 2x bat boxes on a tree to the north of the stable block, 1x Large Multichamber Woodstone Bat Box and 1x Schwegler 2f to be located as high as possible on the southwest, south or southeast side of the tree, in accordance with the Preliminary Roost Assessment carried out by Sharpe Ecology dated October 2025. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The materials to be used for the solar panels hereby permitted, including the external framing, shall be matte black in colour with a non-reflective finish and in accordance with the submitted details datasheet Aiko 465w N-type ABC Module (All-Black). The solar panels shall be retained in this condition thereafter. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. OR To represent quality design in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
Positive and Proactive Statement. In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways: - seeking further information following receipt of the application; In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application.
All species of bats and their roosts (whether the bats are present or not) are protected from reckless killing, disturbance or destruction under both national and European legislation. Cracks, cavities and holes in trees and buildings can provide suitable places for bats to rest or hibernate; these should be carefully inspected prior to carrying out any works. If bats are discovered during work on trees or are suspected of being present, the relevant work should be halted and Natural England (formerly English Nature) notified and further advice sought (http://www.naturalengland.org.uk/).
