Condition Details / Information Notes
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Neil Healey Building Design drawing number 1007 25 01 A Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
The notification submissions state that there will be no changes to the Port Street external features as the main door from Port Street will serve the flat and the window on the Port Street elevation is to remain. Retention of the traditional shop front, therefore, addresses the relevant condition in the General Permitted Development Order that requires proposals within a conservation area to have an acceptable impact on its character or sustainability and prior approval is granted on this basis.
