The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – [insert all approved plan numbers]. Prior to their installation as part of the development hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority:- - Type, colour, texture, size, coursing, finish, jointing and pointing of brickwork/stonework; - Sample panel of the brickwork, type of pointing and the mortar to be used with the panel kept on site for reference; - Type of mortar including a precise specification of the proposed mix and side-by-side photos of existing and proposed lime mortar mix. - Window elevation and section drawings for new windows at a scale between 1:1 and 1:20 as appropriate. - Elevation and cross section details of the proposed rear canopy. - Fixing details and material samples for proposed new rear canopy. This is to include side-by-side comparison photos to demonstrate that the material is a good visual match for the historic - Samples of any replacement floorboards including material details and side-by-side photos to demonstrate that the boards are a good match for the historic. - Elevation and cross section drawings of proposed secondary glazing including fixings. - Details of proposed new flue and wood burning stove - Details of new/ replacement rain water goods. The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
