Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Site Plan AE-04(900645)002 Mobile Homes Plans and Elevations AE-05(900645)002 Metal container Plans and Elevations AE-06(900645)002 Block Plan AE-03(900645)003 Rev A Stable 3 Plans and Elevations AE-02(900645)001 Stables 1 & 2 Plans and Elevations AE-01(900645)001 Location Plan (produced 15th October 2025) Rev A Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
Within 3 months of the date of this decision, the storage container shall be clad on all external sides in materials and finishes that have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved cladding shall be installed in full within the approved timeframe and shall thereafter be retained for the lifetime of the development. Reason: To ensure that the storage container is finished in a manner that respects the character and appearance of the surrounding area and does not result in visual harm to the landscape or the amenities of the locality and to be in accordance with Policies SWDP 21 and SWDP 25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan,2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
Within 3 months of the date of this permission, the details set out in the submitted Water Management statement shall be fully implemented and retained thereafter. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDP29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
Within 1 month of the date of this permission, details of at least one bird nesting feature shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved feature shall be installed in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation/use of the development hereby approved and retained thereafter. After the feature has been installed, a brief letter shall be sent to the local planning authority for confirmation. Reason – To ensure that the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity in accordance with SWDP 22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, 2016 and paragraphs 187, 192 and 193 of the National Planning Policy Framework and the relevant aims and conditions.
There shall be no more than four equines on the site subject of this planning permission at any time. Reason: To prevent the over-intensification of the use of the land, to safeguard the character and appearance of the countryside and to ensure compliance with Policies SWDP 2, SWDP 21 and SWDP25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, 2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
The development hereby approved is for private use only, and shall not be used for any trade, business or equestrian enterprise whatsoever. Reason – On the basis of how the application has been submitted and assessed, in the interest of highway safety, and the amenity of the areas (the impacts of which would need to be assessed) and having regard to Policy SWDP1, SWDP2, SWDP3, SWDP4, SWDP12 and SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
The mobile home and other buildings hereby permitted shall not be used for any residential purposes. Reason: On the basis of how the application has been submitted and assessed, in the interests of safeguarding the character and appearance of the countryside, and to prevent the creation of an unsustainable form of residential development in a location where such use would be contrary to the South Worcestershire Development Plan, in particular Policies SWDP2, SWDP21, SWDP25 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that order with or without modification) no floodlighting or any other external lighting shall be installed. Reason: In the interests of amenity and to preserve the character and appearance of the area, noting such provision has been assessed with regards to the impacts on ecology and character, appearance and amenity of the locality, and to comply with Policies SWDP21, SWDP24, and SWDP25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan,2016 and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
