| Thank you for your notification application of the proposed agricultural development as described above. Based upon the information provided with your application, I write to confirm the Council determine that the proposed development would not constitute Permitted Development under Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A of the General Permitted Development Order 2015 (as amended). This is for due to the following reasons - - The proposal fails to comply with Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A, A.1 (a) because the development would be carried out on a parcel of land that is only 0.4 hectares. - The proposal fails to comply with Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A, A.1 (i) as it is located within 400m of a protected building and would be used for accommodating livestock Therefore, the proposal would require planning permission. |
